A time to speak about agriculture meant hard job of the fields , with a series of activities that were repeated always equal of season in season, dictated from the tradition.
Today agriculture means a modern field and remunerativo, to high content of innovation, in which to the production of the commodities they place side by side the management and safeguard of the resources acclimatizes them and of the territory, in the perspective of the alimentary emergency and the protection of the consumer.
To the Faculty of Agrarian one studies agriculture of the third millenium and induced its, under the profiles agronomic, biological, technological, associate-cultural, economic, without to forget the topics legacies to the territory and the atmosphere and the sustainable conditions about development. It is studied like at the same time maintaining to active bands of population in the rural areas which caretakers of the territory and the traditions and like favoring entrepreneurial activities that tie the primary production to the protection of the atmosphere and the offer of services.
The didactic activity of the Faculty of Agrarian is subdivided in 4 main thematic areas which they make head all the course of Bachelor: Productions vegetables and animals, Forests and atmosphere, To feed, Viticoltura and Enologia and Biotecnologie vegetables.
